Your Cellustrious Treatment
Prior to your treatment, Dr. Stanislaus will meet with you at her Templeton office to evaluate the cause of your hair loss. By understanding the unique factors that have affected your hair growth, she can create a customized hair restoration treatment plan using Cellustrious.
Typically, most patients receive 5 in-office visits, as well as an at-home product regimen. Each Cellustrious session will take about 60 minutes. During the procedure, very fine microneedles gently graze over the scalp. This process is well-tolerated by most people and is often described as a vibrating sensation. Numbing agents are used to ensure your comfort.
Once microneedling is complete, the Cellustrious serum is applied. You will receive this serum as part of your take-home maintenance products. The serum will help stimulate the hair follicles and encourage your hair to grow between treatments.
You can return to your normal activities after treatment. You may experience some redness – similar to a sunburn – after your Cellustrious procedure. However, this side effect is temporary and most patients find it resolves within a few days.
